Greetings, welcome to the Balk Hill Community at Regent Park.  Balk Hill is home to more than 300 single family dwellings nestled in 310 acres of property in Mitchellville, Maryland.  The construction of our beautiful community began in 2004 and completed final construction of 324 homes in 2010.  The Ball Hill Homeowner's Association is an alliance of homeowners within our community who are committed to making Balk Hill a stunning, safe, family-friendly place to grow old together, a community of excellence that always feels like home.  So welcome to our website!  Hang up your coat, take off your shoes, and please .......stay awhile.
